How to calculate my claim amount?

i) For each approved claim, you are required to pay a deductible, which is either 5% or 10% of the repair or replacement cost of the device.

ii) This Deductible Amount is paid directly to the Igloo repair shop upon device collection. If the device is sent to an external service centre or repair shop, the deductible will be deducted from the reimbursable repair cost before the remaining balance is reimbursed to you.
