To file for a claim, you may follow the steps below:
i) Go to the online claim form that is sent to your registered email address (click on Customer Portal)
ii) Log in with your registered mobile number or email address and key in the One-Time Password (OTP)
iii) Select the policy you wish to claim (once you 'Fill in Details', you will be able to see the Claim Now button)

iv) Input the required details in the claim e-form;
- date of damage
- damage description
- photos of your damaged item
- photo of your ID
- photo of the serial number and proof of purchase.
v) Select Repair Location
vi) Confirm Amount
vii) Review and Declare
